Monterey Court Memory Care provides a warm, inviting and familiar environment for residents with forms of dementia including Alzheimer's Disease.
Our beautiful and home-like community is located in Happy Valley, Oregon, which is in the greater Portland metropolitan area. Our community is comprised of four distinct neighborhoods, each designed with the preferences of our residents in mind.
Our barrier-free community features continuous walking and outdoor opportunities, while along the way providing familiar living rooms, pets, outdoor areas, lounges and quiet spaces.
Each neighborhood at Monterey Court offers a sense of home and comfort, reducing the feelings of loneliness and confusion. We understand how important this is to our residents and their loved ones.

2011 Walk to End Alzheimer's
A team of 13 walkers from Monterey Court joined the nearly 160 member team of Frontier Management as the Presenting sponsor of the Alzheimer's Association annual Walk To End Alzheimer's in Portland, Oregon.
"We have participated in this event every year, raising money and building a wonderful team," stated Erin Jones, Executive Director of Monterey Court Memory Care. Monterey Court also raised over $400 prior to the event through donations and sponsorships
